SNEAKY MAGAZINE: 2013 - 2016
Google my name however, and one of the first things you'll find is a mirthless and dusty article named "William Colvin, The George Costanza of Online Journalism," proof that no matter how thickly you spread the satire, there'll always be someone to wave their handbag.
The article is a response to the following article, which I wrote for Sneaky Magazine, one morning a full year after leaving News Corp,  because my editor and I thought it would be funny. I still do, and it was one of Sneaky's top performing stories of all time.
News Corp's hounded me, and my father Mark Colvin, for almost a month. I have no regrets.

NEWS.COM.AU: 2011 - 2013
During my time working for News Corp, I wrote hundreds of features, news, entertainment and opinion pieces - a significant percentage of which were the day's top story, or within the top ten.
Due to News Corp's shift from an outdated CMS, these articles, along with everything else on News.com.au and The Punch, have been deleted. However, before leaving, I did manage to save almost everything I wrote for them - albeit in the less than perfect for reading PNG format, as evidenced below.
